CHdiagnostics was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA in 2001 to develop, manufacture and market technically superior diagnostics products for diabetics. Our goal is to provide testing systems, which are technologically superior, easier to use and less expensive than what is currently available. The Companys founders have a long history in the field of diagnostics and are committed to providing products designed to make life better for whoever needs them.
Our first two products are the SeNova® blood glucose system and the NovaLance® lancing device. Both products have outstanding technical features and ergonomic designs that make testing much easier for the diabetic. They are easier to use and offer significant pain reduction to our customers.
The SeNova® system provides a complete package of user-friendly features. The large screen is easy to read. The advanced sensor based technology requires only .6 microliters (600 nanoliters) of blood and features a wicking technology that simplifies the testing process. Many diabetics find they can use a lancet as small as 33 gauge and still get enough blood to test with. The entire test takes only 10 seconds. Accuracy is enhanced by the unique chemistry, which is not affected by nineteen substances, therefore decreasing the likelihood of an erroneous reading with patients who frequently use medications. (For further information, see the list of interferents .) The meter is easy to handle, stores 250 test results and features a unique eject button which allows hands-free disposal of the used strip.
The NovaLance® is a sterile, single use lancing device, designed for professional use. It reduces the possibility of cross contamination and accidental finger sticks significantly. Each piece is individually wrapped to ensure sterility. The lancet is further protected by a plastic cap. The sides and top are ridged to prevent slippage when holding the lancet. What sets the NovaLance® apart from other lancets is the unique firing mechanism. Its smooth, positive firing pressure reduces patient resistance and so reduces pain and misfires.
Our products are currently being introduced throughout the United States and Europe. If you want to know where to get them or if you would like more information about our company please email us at the addresses provided in the Contact Us section.
